As co-ordinator: Where OSI assumes responsibility for a group of commodities already sourced elsewhere, including full logistics support and warranty. In this instance you can benefit from a consolidation of many individual sources whereby regular summation identifies opportunities for both improvement and mitigation accordingly. This may require OSI to act in an independent capacity in certain situations.
